Refund Policy

Ensuring your satisfaction is our priority. Below you will find our refund guidelines.

1. Web Development & Design

Refunds are applicable only if the initial design concepts have not been started or presented. Once the project begins and progress has been delivered, payments become non-refundable.

2. Social Media Management

For monthly subscriptions, refund requests must be communicated at least 7 days prior to the start of the next billing cycle. Mid-cycle cancellations will not receive a partial refund for the current month.

3. Custom Requests & Modifications

Additional modifications and after-build corrections are non-refundable as they represent billable working hours already spent on the client's direct request.

4. Exceptional Cases

In cases of severe technical failure or inability to deliver the exact agreed-upon specifications from our end, a partial or full refund may be issued at our sole discretion after reviewing the specific case.
